Prepped and Co. is a wholesale prep kitchen. We take whole, fresh produce, onions, peppers, cabbage, carrots, root veg, fruit, and turn it into the cuts your team would otherwise spend hours on each morning.

Everything is washed, cut, weighed and vacuum packed by hand the evening before dispatch. We work in cold rooms, label every bag with its cut date, and run our own refrigerated vans across London.

No frozen stock. No imported pre cut produce. Just yesterday's whole veg ready for today's service.
